ECCT Chairman Giuseppe Izzo, CEO Freddie Höglund and Southern Taiwan committee member Carrie Lee met with Tainan Mayor Huang Wei-che on the sidelines of the annual Low Carbon City Conference in Tainan, jointly organised between the ECCT and the Tainan City Government.
