On 11 September ECCT Chairman Giuseppe Izzo (right) and CEO Freddie Hoeglund (2nd left) met with Kaohsiung Mayor Chen Chu (center) and Tainan Mayor William Lai (left) and Former Mayor of London Ken Livingstone (2nd right) at the closing ceremony of 2013 APCS in Kaohsiung.  ECCT LCI will further participate Kaohsiung's Low Carbon City Conference in 2014.
