Following recommendations from the ECCT's Wind Energy committee to the Maritime Ports Bureau (MPB) to follow the new regulation of the International Maritime Organization and allow vessels to carry more than 12 technicians who had been through GWO training onboard, the MPB has replied that it will adopt an Industrial Personnel Code (IP Code) into a draft amendment of Taiwan's Law of Ships.
