On 18 April, Chris Traub, Chairman of Strategic Executive Search (SES) Group, member of ECCT Low Carbon Initiative together with Jasmine Shih, SES Greater China Director shared on air at Climate Battle in Taiwan, IC Broadcasting Co., Ltd. the global green industy development and SES Group HR strategies for industries.  Wim Chang,  the program DJ as well as the Deputy Executive Director of Delta Electronics Foundation further proposed questions regarding China government policies on green talent supply and female participation in renewable energy related field.
