The estimated losses caused by the theft of trade secrets has amounted to NT$171 billion since criminal liabilities were enacted in the Trade Secrets Act of 2013. One of the main reasons why these cases happen is the lack of a sound trade secret protection policy.
At this event, the speaker will offer insights into the roots of the problem of trade secret theft, common inefficiencies in companies’ internal control policies, and provide a commercially-viable solution for enterprises. Among other subjects in his presentation, our speaker will cover the following:
- Why trade secrets are so important
- Sharing of case studies and first-hand experience
- Understanding the benefits of establishing a complete trade secret protection system from a cost-effectiveness analysis perspective
- How to establish a robust and effective trade secrets protection system.
