During the morning session, Ms. Marilyn Su, the CSR & Communication Director and the Foundation Executive Chief/Spokesperson of Carrefour shared  Carrefour's global SDGs goals and Carrefour Taiwan’s success in achieving sustainability, focusing on Carrefour’s action of utilising its role as one of the biggest food distributions in Taiwan to impel the stakeholders including suppliers, customers, and the industry moving forward to a more sustainable future. For instance, Carrefour cooperates with NGOs to promote animal welfare products, such as “cage free” eggs, milk, and banana, etc,. Donating foods to Food Banks and encouraging other corporations to follow up.  In Carrefour Neili, the Carrefour Impact flagship store was opened next to the main Carrefour hypermarket, promoting foods both local and global foods that are made sustainable which can also be found at the hypermarket. Two more Carrefour impact stores will be opened in the Middle and the South of Taiwan.
