Taiwan has belatedly had to follow most of the developed world in implementing large-scale work from home (WFH) measures since the government raised the epidemic alert to level 3 in May 2021. While many companies were well prepared and had a smooth transition to WFH, others have faced challenges in adjusting their operations, communications, and HR management. Moreover, since WFH is likely to become a permanent feature of life even after the pandemic is over, companies will need to rethink many aspects of HR, including the impact of digitalisation, employee benefits and wellbeing. During this webinar, our guests will talk about best HR practices that companies should adopt to ensure employees’ well-being in the post-pandemic world.

Among other topics, the following issues will be discussed:

  • How the pandemic has accelerated the development of benefits digitalisation;
  • The relationship between digitalisation and wellbeing;
  • How employers and employees can benefit from WFH;
  • How to enhance communication between employers and employees through virtual platforms;
  • Re-examining, redefining and customising employee benefits to attract and retain talent.
