For foreign professionals with school-going children who are considering relocating to Taiwan, ensuring a place at a reputable international school for their children is one of the key factors that will sway their decision as to whether or not to come to Taiwan. For expats wishing to ensure that their children will be educated in a school that follows and meets the requirements of internationally-recognised curricula, the options are limited. Whilst schools with an International American English curriculum are few, the Taipei European School (TES) is the only British English curriculum option available. Similarly, for those seeking instruction and curriculum in French or German, there is only TES. However, given the high demand for limited places available at TES, applying early and following the correct procedures will markedly increase the opportunity of gaining admission.

At this event, our speaker will outline the various considerations that expats, or their employers acting on their behalf, need to know to ensure the greatest chance of gaining a place at TES during their future postings in Taiwan. His presentation will cover the requirements, procedures and expectations from the perspective of the school and offer advice on the best timing for applications.

This event will be of crucial value to expats, international movers and HR professionals responsible for hiring and making relocation arrangements on behalf of foreign professionals who are relocating to Taiwan.
