The American Club (ACC) is proud of its heritage, having provided services to the international community in Taiwan since 1968. The Club's current building was once an American Military Club used over fifty years ago to entertain U.S. forces. Now it is a thriving hub of expatriate life in Taiwan.

The Club is about creating memories that last a lifetime. It provides the perfect venue for families having fun together and helping foreign spouses adjust to Taipei life. It also offers local and expat businesspeople platforms to network and build connections amongst the vibrant business leaders.

ACC is outward-looking and consistently seeks to enhance its facilities and meet the ever-evolving needs of the international community. It sets local standards for innovation, active participation, and forward-thinking in helping its Members achieve that vital work-life balance.

The Club currently has four main dining areas, including an alfresco deck, a gourmet shop as well as several function rooms. There is a library lounge, a pool room, a beauty salon, and a spa for relaxation.

On the sports and recreation side, there are three tennis courts, two squash courts, a training basketball court, one of the best fitness centers in Asia, a heated 25M swimming pool with a children's wading pool, whirlpool, and male/female Jacuzzis. The Club's multilingual, professional, and highly trained staff are certified instructors and experts in their disciplines and are recognized as the best in Taipei.

The younger Members are also well looked after, with a Children's Nursery, games and reading rooms, and a sizeable Outdoor Playground.
