ECCT Around the World Food & Wine Tasting Dinners

ECCT members and their guests are invited to indulge in another gastronomically delightful evening in our Around the World Series of Food & Wine Tasting Dinners. Take a culinary
journey to India in the company of good friends at Saffron, Taipei’s premium Indian fine dining restaurant.
The chef at Saffron will be preparing a mouthwatering array of dishes not on the standard menu, especially for this event. Appetizers will feature
the delicacies Dal pakora, Indian style Chicken liver, Fresh summer vegetable puri with chapatti, Murgh lahuri kabab, Bengal style fish tikka with mixed vegetable raita and Lelpuri aloo. Main courses include Chef's special pumpkin, Maharaja jhinga masala,
Saffron's butter chicken, and Hyderbadi Dal ghost. Dinner will be concluded with Saffron’s famous Mango lassi as dessert. All the delicious food will of course be served with specially chosen wines.
The evening will also feature entertainment in the form of Bollywood dancing. Dancers will perform to the accompaniment of some Bollywood hits
and guests, who are so inclined, will be invited to join in.
