On 6 May, the ECCT Low Carbon Initiative organized a visit to the television and media group, Chinese TV System (CTS) and met with CTS' Vice President Kuo Chih-chen and CTS News Magazine Producer Vivian Chen. During the meeting, delegates exchanged information on Europe's best practices related to low carbon infrastructure and energy efficiency implementation and how European experience and solutions could help Taiwan to reduce its carbon emissions.
